This page explains, in plain language, what information LandlordPrintables.com ("we," "us," or "the site") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

To get a printable, you enter your email address. That also signs you up for our free newsletter, The Need-to-Know Landlord, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address and use it only to send you the newsletter and any printable you asked for.
We never sell or share your email address with anyone, sponsors included.

Information we collect

Information you give us

Email address (and first name, if you enter it) when you request a printable or sign up for The Need-to-Know Landlord. We also record which printable you requested.
Name, email address and message when you use our contact form or email us.

Information collected automatically

Our website host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site secure and working. We use Google AdSense, which may set cookies. See Advertising and cookies below.

Please don't send us sensitive information, including your tenants' personal information, through the contact form.

Our email service

Our newsletter is sent through a third-party email service, MailerLite. When you sign up, your email address (and name, if you give it) is stored by that service on our behalf so we can send you emails. The service also records basic information such as when you signed up and whether an email was opened or a link was clicked. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, you will stop getting the newsletter. You can also ask us to delete your email address completely by contacting us through our Contact page.

Advertising and cookies

We use Google AdSense to show ads on this site. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalized ads at Google's Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com) or learn more at www.aboutads.info. Our own cookie

After you sign up, we save a small cookie on your browser so you don't have to enter your email again to download other printables. It lasts about a year, and you can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

We use reputable service providers and take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or online service is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
