Hi, and welcome to LandlordPrintables.com.
We're not lawyers or property management experts. We know how much there is to keep track of when you rent out a place: inspections, rent payments, repairs, receipts and a pile of paperwork that seems to grow every month. Most landlords with a few units don't have an office or a staff. We have a kitchen table, a folder and not much spare time.
That's why we made this site. Our goal is simple: to offer free, easy-to-use printables that help landlords with 1 to 10 units stay organized. Checklists, logs, ledgers and trackers that you can print and start using right away.
We keep things general on purpose. We don't create leases, eviction notices or other legal documents, because those depend on your state and should come from a qualified source. Everything here is a record-keeping tool you can use wherever you rent.
The site is free and supported by ads, newsletter sponsors and some affiliate links to landlord tools. We'll always be upfront about that.
