Some links on this site and in our newsletter are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up or make a purchase, we may earn a commission. This costs you nothing extra.

Our affiliate partners include landlord software and tenant screening companies such as TurboTenant, TransUnion SmartMove, RentRedi, Innago, Stessa and Rentec Direct. We may add or remove partners over time.

We only link to tools we think could be useful to landlords. Commissions never change what's in our printables, and you never need to use any of these tools to use our printables. The companies we link to do not review or approve our content.
